I rebuild how creative companies lead, work, and grow.

I'm Carolina Cruz-Letelier. I spent 20+ years leading teams at creative and digital agencies including MUH-TAY-ZIK | HOF-FER, VCCP US and Factor Creative, working with brands like Audi, Netflix, Staples, and Apple.

As Managing Director, I promoted strong individual contributors into leadership roles, navigated rapid growth and painful contractions, designed systems that actually worked, and rebuilt trust when it broke. I've made the hard calls. I've lived the challenges I now help leaders navigate.

Here's what kept me in this world for so long: Creative companies are where people show up to imagine and make things that don't exist yet. There will never be a rulebook for that. You need leaders who can hold the tension between structure and possibility, who ask better questions instead of waiting for perfect answers, and who create the conditions for their teams to do the best work of their lives.

That's the work I love. That's why I founded CCL Atelier—not to advise from a distance, but to be in it with you, rebuilding how your leaders think and how your systems work, side by side.

Why Craft Studio

An atelier is where makers work: side by side, hands in the clay, building something that didn't exist before.

That's the energy here. We're not diagnosing from a distance or coaching in isolation. We're in it together, rebuilding how your leaders think and how your systems work, at the same time, in the same room.

It's intentional, and sometimes a little messy. And when it works, something clicks. Leaders stop waiting for permission, teams stop playing it safe, and the organization starts moving differently.

I work in focused engagements, usually 8 weeks or a single intensive day, because transformation happens when you practice, not when you plan. We build the muscle memory together, then I step back. The work sticks because you made it, not because I prescribed it. That's how you build leaders who define what's next, not just execute what is.

Most consulting gives you the answer. Most coaching builds the individual. This builds your organization's capacity to create answers together, over and over.

When we craft together, we make something that lasts.
