  • 1-day intensive workshop

    A bite-sized amount of time meant to plant seeds and start to shift perspective and behaviors. When a team or cohort needs to see and feel a different way to move—or you have a specific challenge that needs outside perspective and a clear plan of action.

    We spend a full day with your team either igniting curiosity as a leadership practice or tackling a specific problem together. No lectures. No theory. Just real work that results in practices you can use immediately.

    Teams report using the curiosity prompts in their very next meeting and noticing a quick shift from 'who's right' to 'what's the real problem' in how they navigate tension.

    What it is:

    • One intensive day (typically 9a-4p, with flex), ideally with up to 10 people.

  • 8-week transformation program

    This is the complete engagement: we develop your emerging leaders while simultaneously redesigning the systems that enable (or block) their effectiveness.

    It's not leadership training, then systems work. It's both, together, over 8 intensive weeks. Because you can't shift how people lead without shifting how your organization operates.
